We use Freshdesk to answer questions . You ask a question in the following way:
1. Go to https://freshdesk.ease2pay.nl/support/tickets/new
2. Fill in the form here with your details and your question
3. Press submit
You will then receive an email confirming that your ticket has been received by us. We try to answer your question within 2 working days.
