Why is there no VAT listed with my transaction?

You can pay for refueling and parking via our app. In the parking area we only offer street parking (parking spaces managed by the municipality). For this you pay parking tax to the municipality and no VAT is levied on this tax. So you only pay VAT on any transaction costs. If you start a transaction from your wallet, you do not pay any transaction costs and therefore no VAT.

If you do pay transaction costs, you will of course see this reflected in your transaction overview in the app, including a VAT specification. In addition, the transaction overview that you can download on our website also shows a VAT specification of transactions without VAT.
