What if the gate does not scan my QR code?

This is often because the screen in front of the scanner is dirty or damaged by the many travelers who push an OV chip card, wallet or telephone against it. It can also be the screen of your phone if it is dirty or damaged. Try again at another gate. If this does not work either, you can report to an SOS/Info column (blue button) to have the gate opened for you.
