For business accounts, the balance is not visible in the mobile app. The wallet is only accessible via the web environment by the administrators of the business account.
We do this because business accounts often use a main account for accounting purposes, while employees as users only start parking sessions. For employees, a wallet in the app is therefore usually not relevant, as financial processing and invoicing are handled centrally via the main account.
If you would like to have your business balance refunded to your wallet, please send us a message at support@ease2pay.nl, and we can initiate this process.
If, for example, you are a sole trader or self-employed person and you do want to use the wallet in the app, we recommend switching to a private account. Important points to note:
- You retain the option to receive invoices whenever you want.
- You can take out a subscription (optional) whereby no transaction costs are charged on parking sessions, which can be very advantageous if you have many different parking sessions.
