I have had a parking ticket while paying with the app, what now?

In a few steps you can find out whether the fine has been issued correctly or incorrectly.


  1. Check in the app under 'History' whether you actually paid on the day and time on which the parking fine was issued. If not, the fine is justified. If you did pay, please follow these steps:
  2. Check whether you have selected the correct license plate. If not, click on 'Request an objection form' at the bottom of your parking transaction. Fill out the sample objection letter with all the details. Change the text with the explanation that you had paid but unfortunately under the wrong registration number. Send the letter to the municipality where you parked.
  3. Did you select the right license plate? Then click on 'Request an objection form' at the bottom of the relevant parking action. Fill in the sample objection letter with all the details and send it to the municipality where you parked.


This is followed by a decision by the relevant municipality on your objection.
