Why don't I receive an invoice when I top up my wallet?

If you increase your business wallet, you are not spending any money yet. The money in your wallet is still yours and can be seen as a prepayment. You can download an invoice every month. This invoice contains the transactions that have actually been made, on which you also pay VAT.

If you would like your invoices to match your payments, you can do the following:

1.    Determine a maximum monthly amount for which your employees can refuel and park.

2.    Increase the wallet to this amount. You can see this payment as a kind of deposit.

3.    Then top up the wallet monthly for the invoice amount of the previous month. You have then replenished your buffer to your self-chosen maximum amount.

4.    Now you can link the increase to the invoice every month.
