You can send us an e-mail (servicedesk@ease2pay.nl) with the request to send an automatic notification if your balance falls below a self-selected amount. The e-mail will then contain a link to the online portal where you can immediately increase your balance. Even if you want to change the amount, you must send us an e-mail.
