How does automatic increment by means of an e-mandate work?

Topping up by means of an e-mandate works as follows:


1.    Send us an e-mail with a request for an e-mandate registration. If you bank with ING, Rabobank or ABN AMRO, we will send you a link to our e-mandate portal. If your bank does not support e-mandate, we will manually set up a SEPA mandate and we will need the following information from you:


  • Company Name
  • Chamber of Commerce number
  • E-mail address
  • Company Address
  • Floor amount (the value by which we top up if your wallet falls below)
  • Top-up amount (the amount by which we top up your wallet)
  • IBAN


2.    We will prepare the authorization and you must accept it at your bank. Check your bank's website to see how this works in your case. Do you want to cancel the authorization, change the amounts, or switch banks? Send us an e-mail at servicedesk@ease2pay.nl.


We advise customers to set up a mandate or direct debit of at least €150, so that there is always sufficient balance available for refueling.
