Can I switch from a private account to a business account?

Which can. If your business email address is different from the email address your private account is linked to, you can simply create a new business account with a different email address.


If you want to use the same email address for your business account, things are slightly different:

1.    Refund your balance in the app ('Account' > 'Refund').

2.   Send us an email at servicedesk@ease2pay.nl and let us know that you want to transfer your account.

3.   We will deactivate your private account for you and then you can create a new business account.
